The District consists of the chapters within the state of Pennsylvania. The State Director and his staff put together several programs to offer the chapters a way to engage with each other, to ride safely and to have fun. 

The annual event is a get together in one location to celebrate all the things the chapters and riders have accomplished over the year. Formerly called the State Rally, it is now called the District Ride In. It features guided and unguided rides, awards, an ice cream party, a banquet and time for everyone to enjoy being together.

The Outstanding Star(s) Program is a way for each chapter to honor a person or couple from their chapter for that year. The honorees are unveiled as a surprise at the District Ride In.

The Ride For Fellowship Program is a way to encourage chapters to visit each other and take rides together. Chapters accrue points for attending other chapter events around the state.
